Hello everyone,
This first post will give you a quick rundown of who I am, why I am here, and why it matters!
I am Captain Clitoria, and I am on a mission to educate and encourage conversations about female pleasure. For far too long, women's bodies - and especially the clitoris - have been removed, censored, and erased from the narrative. Whether in scientific research, medical textbooks, novels, movies, or even in conversations between sexual partners. I've been completely dismissed. This erasure has bred shame for generations and fueled a massive pleasure gap, but no more - it's time for change.
I want to make talking about our bodies less taboo, less scary and way less uncomfortable. Let's be honest, we see penises and phallic representations everywhere. Everywhere! On walls, in textbooks, plastered on t-shirts, socks, and stickers, at almost every bachelorette party - and it's mostly all in good fun. But where am I in all of this? Why is it that men's bodies get to be playful while women's bodies are shamed, covered up, and silenced?
No more!
It's time to celebrate us!
It's time to have fun!
It's time to be playful!
It's time to scream my name from the rooftops!
Captain Clitoria is here, visible, and will be silenced no more!
That's my purpose, my motivation, my drive. Women deserve pleasure in an equal amount and frequency as their male counterparts. The first step toward that goal is starting the conversation. Talk about me, talk about what you like, what you need, your wants, your desires. Language is power - it's time to take ours back!
Say my name! Start the conversation. Don't be afraid, I've got your back :)
In pleasure,
CC
